WHEREAS,the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on September 21, 1998
recommended the approval of the proposed Final Plat of Subdivision and a related Plat of Vacation of the
subdivision entitled,"Final Plat of Blistex Consolidation";and
WHEREAS,the Village President and Board of Trustees have considered the recommendation of
the Plan Commission and concur with same,subject to certain conditions;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
tion 1: That the Final Plat of Blistex Consolidation and the Plat of Vacation prepared by
Bollinger, Lach&Associates, Inc.,as originally submitted, be and are hereby approved subject to the
conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this Resoluticn.
Section • That the approval of the Fin4i Plat of Blistex Consolidation and the Plat of Vacation as
given in Section 1 hereof be and are hereby expressly subject to the following conditions:
1. That the requirements for sidewalks,curb and gutters,street lights and street trees are waived;
2. That the final plat shall be revised as necessary and the same approved by the Village
Engineer;
3. That all other requirements,conditions and standards of the Subdivision Regulations of the
Village of Oak Brook,except as waived or limited by this Resolution,shall be applicable to the
resubdivision and development of said Final Plat of ubdivision;
4. That the owner shall work with the owners of the adjacent residential properties to the.-iorth to
ensure adequate security and privacy to the extent allowed by the regulations pertainin.;to
fencing, berming and landscaping; and
5. That parking lot lighting shall be designed and located in a manner that minimizes any impact
on the adjacent residential property.
5ection 3: This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval
as provided by law.

Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, according to a roll call vote as
