Dog Behavior Class with DuPage County Animal Services
Tuesday, August 17 @ 6 pm
They’re our best friends, but there’s a lot we don’t
understand about dogs. Perhaps you welcomed a
"pandemic puppy" into your family and you would like to
learn more about how to live with your new family member.
Join Laura Winnie, Education and Community Engagement
Coordinator from DuPage County Animal Services to learn about common dog
behaviors, the natural instincts behind them and how to manage those behaviors
that aren’t so fun to live with. Registration is required.
Library Scavenger Hunt
Thursday, August 19
Get ready for fall with a Scavenger Hunt! Explore online
resources from the Library’s website or pop in and find out what
the Library has to offer. Scavenger Hunt cards highlight rainy
day and outdoor activities. Scavenger Hunt cards will be
available on August 19. Bring your completed card to the
Reference Desk by September 16 for your choice of prizes!
