MANAGER’S SEARCH COMMITTEE
Tuesday, July 13, 2021 Time of Meeting 5:15 p.m.
CALL TO ORDER
The Special Meeting of the Manager’s Search Committee of July 13, 2021 was called to order by the
Chairman Asif Yusuf, in the Upper Level Conference Room of the Butler Government center at
5:15pm.
ROLL CALL
Village Clerk Charlotte Pruss called the roll with the following persons:
PRESENT: Trustees Larry Herman (5:19), Michael Manzo (5:25), Jim Nagle, Suresh Reddy,
Ed Tiesenga and Asif Yusuf and residents Wayne Ziemer and Moin Saiyed (left at 5:48)
IN ATTENDANCE: Village Clerk Charlotte Pruss, Village Attorney Michael Castaldo Jr.
ADJOURN TO CLOSED MEETING – APPOINTMENTS (VILLAGE MANAGER
SELECTION), PURSUANT TO SECTION 2c(1) OF THE ILLINOIS OPEN MEETINGS
ACT, RESPECTIVELY.
Motion to adjourn to closed session made by Trustee Reddy seconded by Wayne Ziemer. Roll
call vote. Motion carried. Adjourned to closed session at 5:19pm.

Motion to adjourn made by Trustee Manzo seconded by Trustee Reddy. Roll call vote. Motion
carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:20pm.
