The Oak Brook Police Department, Fire Department and DuPage County Bomb Squad responded to the scene. At approximately 1:00 PM the package was determined to be safe by the DuPage County Bomb Squad. It was determined to be a digital media player. "Everyone at the incident acted according to proper procedures to ensure public safety. Upon arrival, everyone's training kicked in and the situation ended safely.
