The project includes a number of retail dining, and service tenants. Activity in FY 2020 was minimal due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Ferguson opened a high-end plumbing fixture showroom and Arhaus Furniture has recently relocated from the Oak Brook Promenade to the Oakbrook Center mall. The ARCORE real estate group is actively marketing the remaining space for occupancy.
