The Village continued the review of the Oak Brook Promenade redevelopment project that was undertaken in previous reporting Fiscal Years. The project includes a number of retail dining, and service tenants. Activity in FY 2021 was Ferguson opened a high-end plumbing fixture showroom and Arhaus Furniture has recently relocated from the Oak Brook Promenade to the Oakbrook Center mall. The ARCORE real estate group is actively marketing the remaining space for occupancy. The Village of Oak Brook’s management is responsible for its assertion. Our responsibility is to express an opinion on management’s assertion about the Village’s compliance with the specified requirements based on our examination. Our examination was conducted in accordance with attestation standards established by the Ameri can Institute of Certified Public Accountants .
