Pensioner Affidavits of Continued Eligibility – 100% compliance f. Review Trustee Training Summary, discuss 2013 plans g. Rules and Regulations – distributed to board for binder, Tab 19 h. L&A engagement letter – distributed to board for binder, Tab 14 i. Record Retention, documents held at Lauterbach & Amen, LLP 11. EXECUTIVE CLOSED SESSION, if needed 12.
