Adults : Read or listen to 3 books from OBPL and review them! When you sign up, you will receive either a mug, a pair of gloves, or an icescraper for your car. Return your completed reading logs to the Library before February 7, 2026 tobe entered into a grand prize drawing. A grand prize drawing will be held. Winners will receive a gift basket and a $50gift card to a local restaurant. Winners will be contacted after February 14,2026. Kids: Each reading log will have you track the amount oftime spent reading depending on what grade youare in. The Library offers volunteer opportunities to students entering 8 through 12grades. Volunteer duties include assisting library staff with patron hold requests,sorting and shelving materials, and helping librarians with in-person children’sprogramming like story times and other special projects. th th Applications are available online and in the Library. Each applicant must completean application and a short alphabetization quiz to participate. Volunteers receive aconfirmation letter of their hours at the end of the session for any extracurricularservice hour obligations.
