CALL TO ORDER The Regular Meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was called to order by President Laurence E. Herman in the Samuel E. Dean Boardroom of the Butler Government Center at 7:01 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. 2. ROLL CALL Clerk Netasha Scarpiniti called the roll: PRESENT: Trustees Naveen Jain, Michael Manzo, Melissa Martin, Edward Tiesenga and President Laurence E. Herman VIA ZOOM: Trustee A. PRESIDENT’S OPENING COMMENTS President Herman extended his congratulations to restaurant Lucca Osteria on celebrating its fifth anniversary in May, noting that the restaurant established itself as a staple in Oak Brook's dynamic dining landscape. He announced the Village's annual Pancake Breakfast. President Herman invited everyone to attend the Village's annual Arbor Day tree-planting ceremony. He discussed the damages incurred from the recent storms and noted an increase in solicitor's license applications. A. Preliminary Board Review 1211-1315 22nd Street – Franklin Partners President Herman asked Development Services Director Von Drasek to introduce the presenters for the Preliminary Board Review presentation of 1211-1315 22nd Street - Franklin Partners. Development Services Director Von Drasek introduced presenter Peter Friedman of law firm Elrod Friedman LLP representing the owner of property at 1301 W 22nd Street, Raymond Warner from Franklin Partners. Mr. Friedman introduced himself, thanked the Board for the opportunity to present the preliminary plan development request, and stated that those present also included the property owner, the architect from Form Design Studio, Jeff Leven, Savill’s Property Group, the property broker, Phil Golding, and Melanie Nifong from Solidcore, the premier boutique studio. 4.
