A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF TRINITY LAKES UNIT NO. 2
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oak Brook have previously approved the Preliminary :lit for proposed
Trinity Lakes Unit No• l on October 2e, .197$; and
WHEREAS, the Pisa Commission on March 17, 1990 recommended
the approval of the Final Plat of proposed Unit No. 2; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have
considered the recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with
same, subject to certain conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK EROOi, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision of Trinity
Lakes Unit Ro. 2 prepared by Joseph F. Dickrell as revised and dated
March 20, 19E0 be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions
enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the Final Flat of Sub-
division of Trinity Lakes Unit No. 2 as given cindSection, 1 hereof be and
is hereby expressly subject to the following
A) That the street names regarding the cul-de-sacs shown
on the Plat be deleted.
B) that the subdivider execute a written coittment, in
for* and substance acceptable to the Village, re-
quiring the subdivider to deposit with the Village
sufficient funds to repair anti resurface 35th Street
between Midwest Road and the East entrance to proposed
Trinity Lakes Unit No. 3. Said Agreement shall also
require the installation of a `12 inch waternain from
the present main at the 'intersection of 35th Street
and Midwest Road to be extended Easterly to approxi-
mately mately the Easterly edge of Unit No. 2, provided
if the 12 inch line has not been installed from that
point to the Westerly edge of Unit No. 3 by the time
proposed Unit No. 3 is submitted for Final Plat ap-
proval, the subdivider will be required to continue
that 12 inch line to the Westerly edge of Unit No. 3
as part of the approval of said Unit No. 3.
C) Street lights are waived except that they shall be
provided at intersections.
D) Sidewalks are waived and in lieu of sidewalks a bicycle
and pedestrian path will be constructed and paved by
the subdivider.
E) That the nesteble and unsditable soils on or near
Lot 109 ll+s be dledkin a moaner satisfactory to
