A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF BUTLER G.}I.Q. SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on May
21, 1979 recommended the approval of the Final Plat of proposed Butler
G.H.Q. Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have con-
sidered the recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with same,
subject to certain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK P??OOK, DU PALL AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision of Butler G.H.Q.
Subdivision, prepared by Bollinger, Lach and Associates, Inc. as re-
vised and dated May 16, 1980 be and is hereby approved subject to the
conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Subdivision
of Bud-el-TX:1U Subdivision as given in Section 1 hereof be and is
hereby expressly subject to the following conditions:
A. Execution by the subdivider and all other necessary parties
of a Subdivision Improvement Agreement, acceptable in form
and substance to the Village of Oak Brook as approved by its
Village Attorney, which agreement shall include among other
provisions the provisions contained in Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
B. Execution by the Subdivider and all other necessary parties
of an Interior Bicycle/Pedestrian Pathway Subdivision Im-
provement Agreement, acceptable in form and substance to the
Village of Oak Brook as approved by its Village Attorney,
which agreement shall include among other provisions the
provisions contained in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and
hereby made a part hereof.
C. Written approval by the State of Illinois Division of Water
Resources of the Illinois Department of Transportation of
the flood plain as depicted on the said plat of Butler
G.H.Q. Subdivision.
D. Execution by the subdivider and/or all other necessary parties
of all accompanying easement grants and other proposed docu-
mentation submitted as part of the Subdivision Application
for the property subdivided pursuant to this Resolution, said
documents to be acceptable in form and substance to the Village
of Oak Brook as approved by its Village Attorney.
E. Compliance by the subdivider with all other requirements, con-
ditions and standards of the Subdivision Regulations of the
Village of Oak Brook, except as waived or limited by this
Resolution, shall be applicable to the subdivision and devel-
opment of said Butler G.H.Q. Subdivision.
F. Street lights and sidewalks shall not be presently required,
except that they may be required in connection with any future
approval of improvement plans, resubdivision or development of
the property.
