A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTI* OP A NEL
OF MUNICIPAL PROPERTY TO THE COUNTY 0, DU PAGE

WHEREAS, the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties,
Illinois heretofore acquired the property described in the attached
Exhibit "A", which Exhibit is hereby made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS. the Deed convoying said property to the said Pillage
of Oak Brook was dated April 27. 1976 and rec mb
orded Septeer 29, 1976
ad Document No. R76-70060. rerecorded Joao B, 1977 as Docun sat No.
R77-44207; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Oak Brook and the County of Datags,
Illinois have heretofore entered into an t dated Marts 13,
1979, which Agreement provides that the Vi Iage will dedicate orr oother-
wise convey to DuPage County the property described in Exhibit A
which would be used for the reali et of the existing end inns of
Meyers and Fairview to improve the free flow of traffic and insure
safety to the motoring public; sad
WHEREAS, the corporate authorities of the Villa a of Oak Brook
desire to deed the aforesaid property to the County of l age, Illinois,

to accept the deed to the said real estate described in "thee'attached
Exhibit "A" as necessary and convenient for it to use, Tull sun *-

13, 1979 with the Village of Oak Brook, as approved by Resolution
R-O1S-79 of the County Board of Durage County; and

The Grantor, Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties,
Illinois, a .municipal corporation, 1200 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook,
Illinois, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, does hereby
grant, sell, convey and quitclaim to the County of DuPage, Illinois,
a municipal corporation, 421 County Farm Road, Wheaton, Illinois all
interest in the following described real estate situated in the
County of DuPage, in the State of Illinois, to wit:
