A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF TRINITY LAISS
UNIT NO. III
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Txiestees of the Village
of Oak Brook have previously approved the preliminary plat for the
proposed Trinity Lakes Unit No. III on October 74, 1973; eed
WHEREAS, the Flan Commission of the Village of Oat Brook
on September 4, 1980 recomeended the approval of the final plat of
the proposed Trinity Lakes Unit No. III; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have
considered the recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with
same subject to certain conditions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOIVID BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTIES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, PU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision of Trinity Lakes
Unit T'Wepared by P.R.C. Taups Corporation as revised and
dated September 17, 1980 be and is ereby approved subject to the
conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Subdivision
of Trinity Lakes Unit No. Ill as given in Section 1 hereof be and is
hereby expressly subject to the following conditions:
A) That the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations
for sidewalk and street lights are waived except
that street lights shall be provided at all inter-
sections.
B) That the subdivider and all ether necessary parties
execute a written committment, in form and substance
acceptable to the Village to complete all necessary
land improvements for the proposed subdivision in
accordance with the Subdivision Regulations of the
Village and, in accordance with the provisions of
this Resolution. Said Agreement shall,-contain
provisions for:
1. Construction_of a 12 inch waternain from
Midwest Road to Unit III within the right-
of-way of 35th Street;
2. Repair and resurfacing of 35th Street from
Midwest goad to the East side of the entrance
to Unit III.
3. Construction of all ether necessary roadways.,
storm sewers, sanitary .sewers, and watermains
in accordance with plans and specifications
approved by the Village of Oak Brook.
C) Execution by the subdivider and/or all other. necessary
parties of all accompanying eaeemeat grants, easement
vacations and other proposed documentation' as reason- ,
ably required by the Village for the property sub-
divided pursuant to this Resolution, seid.documents
to be acceptable in farm and substance to the Village
of Oak Brook as approved by its Village Attorney.

Section 3: That all of the req.tirenents, conditions, and
standards of the Subdivision Regulations of.the Village of Oak Brook,
except as waived or limited by this Resoluton, shall be applicable .
to the subdivision and developaent of said Trinity Lakes Unit No.
