� RESOLU'T'ION NO. R- 293
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
AMERICAN HOMESTEAD RESUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook
on October 20, 1980 and November 17, 1980 recommended approval of
the final .plat of the proposed American Homestead Resubdivision; and
WHEREAS, the.President and Board of" Trustees of the Village .
of Oak Brook have considered the recommendations of the' Plan .Commis-
s .on and concur with the same subject to certain. conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ,
ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat 'of Subdivision known as
American Homestead Resubdivision, as prepared by Bollinger, Lach and
Associates as revised and dated October 27, 1980, be and is hereby
approved subject to the conditions enumerated in. Section 2 of this
Resolution.
Section 2: That the .approval of the Final Plat of Subd3vi-
sion of said American Homestead Resubd'vision. as given in Section l
hereof be and hereby expressly anbject to the following conditions
A. That the requirembnts...of the Subdivision Regu-
lotions for sidewalks, and street'lights be
waived.
B. . ;That .1 the requir,ementar, condo ions and

'to said subdivision except that no additional
public improvements shall be required.

covenant, acceptable in form;and`substance.
to the Village as approved by the Village
Attorney, guaranteeing., compliance of said
property with the parking_ requirements of the
Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Oak Brook
upon, the lapse, termination'or other cancel-
lation of an existing lease dated March 6, 1974
between Northern Illinois Gas Company and
American Homestead Cerporatiof allowing the
use of the former's contiguous property for
parking by the latter party. Said covenant
shall further stipulate the continued applicability
of Ordinance S-314 of. the Village of Oak Brook
to said, Lot 1.
Section 3: That all resolutions, rules and regulations
of the Vi age o " ak Brook which are in conflict with the provisions
of this Resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

I. CALL MEETING TO ORDER
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order at 7:30 Y.M.
by President Cerne in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons.
