RESOLUTION' NO. R - 271
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE:FINAL PLAT OF
HERITAGE OAKS SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on
April 21, 1980 and May 19, 1980 recommended the approval of the final
plat of the proposed Heritage Oaks Subdivision; and
WHEREAS,. the Village President and Board of Trustees have
considered the recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with
same, subject to certain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU:PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the final plat of sHeritage Oaks Subdivision,
prepared by the Balsamo/Olson Engineering Company, .,as revised and
dated May 15, 1980 be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions
enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution:
Section 2 That the approval of the Final Plat of Subdivision
of Heritage Oaks Subdivision' as, given in section 1,hereof be and is
hereby expressly subject to the following conditions. '
A. Execution by the owner of the property hereby subdivided
of covenants acceptable in form`.and substance te- `;the
Village of Oak Brook as approved,by its Village Attorney
assuring the proper use and maintenance of the private
roadways and other private improvements to be constructed.

B Execution by the subdivider and all other necessary
parties of a Subdivision Improvement Agreement acceptable
in form and substance''to the Village of Oak "Brook°'-ns'
approved by its Village Attorney: •
C. The requirement for sidewalks as :;waived.
D. The requirement fork street lights-is waived,:. except
that street lights shall be provided at all inter-
sections.
E. That all other requirements, conditions and standards of

Section 3: That all resolutions, rules, and regulations of
