RESOLUTION NO, R- 277
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
PAGE-MARK RESUBDIVISION. ','
' WHEREAS, the Plan Commission-of the Village of Oak Brook on
October 15, 1979 recommended the approval of the final plat of the
proposed'Page-Mark Resubdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have
considered the recommendation .of the Plan Commission and concur with
same, subject to certain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY-THE.PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OP TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK; ICU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the final plat of Page-Mark Resubdivision,
prepared by Schlaf-Siaig $ Associates, 'Inc. , as revised and dated June
12, 1980 be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated
in Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Subdivision
of Page-Mark Resubdivision as given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby
expressly subject to the following conditions.
A. Execution by the owner of the property hereby sub-
divided of covenants acceptable in form and substance
to the Village of Oak Brook as approved by its Village
Attorney assuring the proper use and.maintenance of the
private roadways `and'. other private improvements to be
constructed for the common benefit of the property sub-
divided.
B. Execution by the subdivider, and all other necessary
parties of a Subdivision Improvement>Agreement accept-
able in form and substance. .t0 the -Village of Oak Brook
as approved by its Village .Attorney, which Agreement
shall require the subdivider 'to complete :all necessary
public and private -improvements at its own expense in-
eluding, but not limited to, private toads and recon-
struction of White Oak Lane adjacent= to- the property
hereby subdivided.
C. The requirement for sidewalks. i waived.
D. The requirement for street lights is waived, except
that street lights shall be provided -at the rater-
sectio* of White Oak Lane and Page-MarkLane.
E. That all other...requirements,. conditions and `standards of
the Subdivision Regulations of the Villagee of Oak Brook,
except as waived or .limited by this Resolution; shall
be applicable to the subdivision and development of said
Page-Mark Resubdivision _
Section 3: That all resolutions, rules and regulations of
the Village of Oak Brook which are in conflict with the provisions of
this Resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such° conflict.
