N RESOLUTION R- 317
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
THE CHURCH ON THE COUNTY LINE RESUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak"
Brook on November 16, 1981 recommended approval of the final plat
of the proposed The Church On The County Line Resubdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Beard of Trustees have.
considered the recommendation of the Plan,Commission _and concur:with
the same subject to certain condtions;
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS`as follows'
Section 1: That the final plat of the subdivision
