R- 330 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS YORK WOODS UNIT S • WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook have previously approved the preliminary plat for the proposed York Woods Unit 5 on April 24, 1973; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on May 17, 1982 recommended approval of the final plat of the proposed York Woods Unit 5; WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have concurred with the recommendation of the said Plan Commission including the conditions imposed therewith; • NOW, TARE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the final plat of Subdivision of York Woods Unit 5 prepared by lien R. Woods as revised and dated June 4, 1982, be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution. Section 2: That the approval of the final plat of Subdivision of York Woods Unit is given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly subject to the following conditions: A. That the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations for the installation of sidewalks and one year time limit specified in Article VI, Section 1(A) are waived. B. That the subdivider and all other necessary parties execute a written committment, in a form and substance acceptable to the Village, to complete all necessary land improvements for the proposed subdivision in accordance with the Subdivision Regula- tions of the Village and in accordance with the provisions of this Resolution. Said agreement shall contain provisions for: (1) The substantial completion of construction of the proposed detention area within one year of the date of said agreement, notwithstanding the three year time limit for other land improvements as specified in the Subdivision Regulations; provided that no certificates of occupancy shall be issued until completion and operationalization of said detention area and related utility facilities. (2) Construction of all other necessary roadways, storm sewers, sanitary sewers and water mains in accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Village of Oak Brook. C. Execution by the subdivider and/or all other necessary parties of all accompanying easement grants, covenants and other proposed documentation as reasonably required by the Village for the property subdivided pursuant to this Resolution, said documents to be acceptable in form and substance to the Village of Oak Brook as approved by its Village Attorney.
