MINIZAS, IRS Village of o+ds Ikrook, hereinafter referred to !40
ZRTNICIPALITV, located in the Counties of DuPage and Cook, State of Illinois,
desires to undertake, izn the year of 1182, the location,. construction, operation,
and naintensace of driveways and stmt returns, water mains, unitary, *morn
sewers, street lights, traffic signal*, sidewalks, landscaping, etc., on State
Eghvaya, within said MUNICIPALITY, which by law and/or._agreement coma under
the jurisdiction and control of the Department of Transportation of the State
of Illinois hereinafter referred to as DEPARTI IT# and

WHEREAS, an individual working permit must b* obtained fros the
DEPAR1 err prior to any of the aforesaid installations being constructed either
by the MUNICIPALITY or by a private person or firs under contract and supervision
of the MUNICIPALITY.
MOW TU6&EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TROSTEES.
OF TEE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DUPACE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the MUNICIPALITY hereby plsdg s its good faith and
guarantees t1►aee l'work shall be performed in OCCOr4101104 with the conditions
of the permit to be granted by the DIPASTMENT, and to hold the Stet* of Illinois
harmless on account of any dimes that way occur to persons or property during
the prosecution of such work, and assume all liability for donegas to persons
or property due to accidents er of .214110- by Vey of work which is to be
performed under the provision of said permit.
Section 2; That all authorized officials of the enciaparre are
hereby instructed and authorised to sign said workiaag.psamit on behalf of the
MUNICIPALITY.
