WH..dEAS, an application has been filed with the DuPage County
Zoning Board of Appeals seeking an Amendment to an existing Special,
Use adopted and approved June 24, 1968 (ZBA #1958); and
WHEREAS, said application if granted will allow the operation
of an amusement arcade permitting the use and operation of 100 coin
or token operated amusement devices-on 'the property known as 19%1011'
Butterfield Road, which property is on the South side of Butterfield
Road approximately 1/4 mile West of Meyers Road, and
