RESOLUTION NO. R- 324
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FRANCISCAN FATHERS ASSESSMENT
FLAT NO. 1 AND FRANCISCAN FATHERS ASSESSMENT PLAT NO. 2
$M IT RESOLVED SY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OP TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, Dli PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as
follows:
Section 1: That the assessment lat titled "Franciscan Fathers
Assessment Fist No. 1" prepared by John R. Cook Associates, Ltd. as
revised and datedJuse 3 , 1912. be and is hereby apProvsd
subject to the cos+dttIons enamorated in Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of Franciscan Fathers Assessment
Plat No. I as gives in Section 1 !woof be and is hereby expressly
subject to the following conditions
A. That the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations
regarding Assessment Plats, Article XI-A, Section 5.
concerning; designation as "lots" 144 depiction of
side and rear yard easements and setback lines are
waived.
Section : That the assessment plat titled "Franciscan Fathers
Assessment at No. 2" prspsred by Jobe R. Cook Associates. Ltd. as
revised and dated �" - 3 • 1112, be and is hereby approved
subject to the folios bi conditio*s
A. That the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations
regarding Assessme*t Plats, Article XI-A, Section 5,
concerning designation as "lots" wad iction of
side sad rear yard easements and setback lines are
presently waived, provided however that the owners of
the 'object property shall grant such easements to the
Village and shall dedicate that portion of 35th Street
lying within the subject property upon request of the
Village, pnrsuaat to the terms of a certain agreement
between the said Village of Oak Brook and the said
owners, said .agreement dated June i , 1912.
Section 4: Tbat tint approval of the assessment plats as set forth
in this Resolutios shall not be construed to be the approval of said
plats for subdivision purposes, and in no way waives any standards of
the Village opos any subdivision or re-subdivision of the properties
involved in said assessment plats.
