RESOLUTION NO. R- k9
A RESOLUTION APPROVING PARKS' ASSESSMENT PLAT
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have
by Ordinance passed June 22, 1982, granted a Variation to permit the
consolidation of three (3) existing parcels into one (1) parcel with
a net lot area of .861 acres and known as narks' Assessment Plat;
and
WHEREAS, said Village President and Board of Trustees have
reviewed Parks' Assessment Plat found the same to be in conformance
with the provisions of Article XI (A) of the Subdivision Regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY.THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Assessment Plat titled "Parks'
Assessment Flat" prepared by Bollinger, Lech r Assoc,, Inc. and as
revised and dated June ?, 1982 be and is hereby approved
Section 2: That the approval of the assessment plat as
set forth_in° "Section 1 of this Resolution shall not be construed to
be the approval of said plat for subdivision purposes, and in no way
waives any standards of the Village on any subdivision or resubdivision
of the property involved in said assessment plat.
