RESOLUTION NO. R- P334
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
KNOWN AS MC MAHON AND DUFF SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on June
21, 1982, recommended approval of the final plat of the proposed McMahon
and Duff Subdivision subject to certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oak Brook have concurred with the recommendation of the said Plan
Commission, including the conditions imposed therewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS,
as follows:
Section 1: That the final plat of subdivision of McMahon and Duff
Subdivision prepared by Kenneth F. Schonig as revised and dated June 30,
1982, be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in
Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the final plat of subdivision of
McMahon and Duff Subdivision as given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby
expressly subject to the following conditions:
A) That the requirements of the Subdivision
Regulations for the installation of street
lights and sidewalks are waived.
B) That the subdivider and all other necessary
parties execute a written committment, in
form and substance acceptable to the Village
to complete all necessary land improvements
for the proposed subdivision in accordance
with the Subdivision Regulations of the
Village and in accordance with the provisions
of this Resolution.
C) Execution by the subdivider and/or all other
necessary parties of all accompanying easement
grants, covenants and other proposed documentation
as reasonably required by the Village to assure
maintenance of the proposed ingress-egress ease-
ment located on the east side of the property
herein subdivided.
D) That the existing barn on Lot 3 of the sub-
division herein approved be removed within sixty
days of the date of this Resolution.
Section 3: That all the requirements, conditions and standards of
the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook, except as waived
or limited by this Resolution, shall be applicable to the subdivision
and development of said McMahon and Duff Subdivision.
