• Chapter 121 of the ilia Revised Statutes requires that any.person, H .
firm,or corporation desiring tan do work on State-maintained Rights of
• Way must first obtain a written permit from the Illinois Department
of Transportation. This includes any emergency. work on broken water*- ;•
mains or sewers. •
A surety bond is wired with each permit application to .insure that
all.. work is completed in accordance with State Specifications and that li
• . the right of way is properly restored.
For permit work to be performed by.e ployees of a municipality, a .
. •• ' resolution is acceptable in lieu of the surety bond. This resolution - .
would not relieve contractors hired bp• the municipality•froan conform-

MEETING CALL:
The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order at 7:30 P.M.
by President Cerne in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons.
I. ROLL CALL:

as corrected and waive reading of same.

A. ORDINANCE. NO. G-331 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 14
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK RELATIVE TO
RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.
Proposed Ordinance was presented as directed at the Regular Meeting of
November 23, 1982.

To approve Ordinance G-331 as presented and amended, to reflect no increase
in Resident rates. -
