RESOLUTION NO. R- 340
A RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIATIONS FROM THE
PROVISIONS OF THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS
IN REGARD TO FELBER'S SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook have previously approved the final plat
of subdivision known as Felber's Subdivision pursuant to
Resolution R-328 passed and approved June 22, 1982; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article VI, Section 6 of the Sub-
division Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook, all necessary
final documentation for said subdivision was required no later
than December 22, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property involved in said
subdivision has requested a variation from the provisions of said
Article VI, Section 6 to allow for an extension of the time limits
required in said Section; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have
considered this matter and concur in the propriety of such an
extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That a variation is hereby granted from the
provisions f Ar`t cle VI, Section 6 of the Subdivision Regulations
of the Village of Oak Brook so as to allow an extension of the
required time for the filing of all documents relating to said
Felber's Subdivision until June 28, 1983.
Section 2: That the approval of the final plat of Felber's
Subdivision as given in Resolution R-328 be and is hereby modified
so as to allow the alteration of Lots 2 and 3 in said Felber's
Subdivision as depicted on the attached Exhibit A.
Section 3: That except as amended or varied by the
provisions of this Resolution, the provisions of Resolution R-328
shall remain in full force and effect.
