A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT TO THE
ILLINOIS STATE TOLL HIGHWAY AUTHORITY TO PERMIT
WATERMAIN CONSTRUCTION BETWEEN OAK BROOK ROAD
AND CANTERBERRY LANE
WHEREAS, the Village of Oak Brook desires to make certain
watermain improvements on property owned by the Illinois State
Toll Highway Authority between Oak Brook Road and Canterberry Lane;
and
WHEREAS, a permit from the Illinois State Toll Highway
Authority is a necessary prerequisite to the initiation of said
work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES,
ILLINOIS, as follows:
Section 1: That the Village President and Village Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute an application for a
permit to the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority for the work
referred to in the preamble of this Resolution.
Section 2: That concurrently with said application for
permit the Village of Oak Brook requests the Illinois State Toll
Highway Authority to waive the annual occupancy fee otherwise
applicable to said improvement.
PASSED and APPROVED this 25th day of JANUARY
1983 by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak
Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois according to a roll call
vote as follows:
AYES: Trustees Congreve, Imrie, Listecki, Philip, Rush and Watson.
NAYS: 0
ABSENT: 0
