RESOLUTION NO. R- 343
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION
FOR PERMIT FOR YORK ROAD/SALT CREEK WATER MAIN EXTENSION
WHEREAS, The Village of Oak Brook has budgeted funds
within the Fiscal Year 1982/83 Budget for the extension of a water
main under Salt Creek near York Road; and
WHEREAS, a permit is required from the Illinois Depart-
ment of Transportation, Division of Water Resources to do any work in
any of the public bodies of water within the State of Illinois;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK
COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
Section 1: That the President and Village Clerk be
and are hereby authorized and directed to execute and attest respectively
an Application For Permit to the State of Illinois, Department of
Transportation, Division of Water Resources, a copy of which application
is attached hereto labelled Exhibit "A" and hereby made a part hereof.
PASSED and APPROVED THIS 25th day of Imlay
