RESOLUTION NO. P- 45 LEONE'•Sy$.
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT
OF ANN MARIE LEONE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on
March 21, 1983 recommended the approval of the proposed Ann Marie Leone
Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have considered
the reca,.._sndation of the Plan Commission and concur with same subject to
certain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS
as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision of the subdivision
known as Ann Marie Leone Subdivision prepared by John R. Cook Associates,
Ltd. as revised and dated April 4, 1983 be and is hereby approved subject
to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of Ann Marie Leone Subdivision as
given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly subject to the following
conditions:
A. That the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations
for street lights and sidewalks are waived.
B. That all other requirements, conditions and standards
of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Oak
Brook shall be applicable to said subdivision.
Section 3 That all resolutions, rules and regulations of the
Village of Oak Brook which are in conflict with the provisions of this
Resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 26th day of April , 1983 by the
President and. Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and
Cook Counties, Illinois according to a roll call vote as follows:
Ayes: Trustees Congreve, -Inrie, Listecki, Philip, Rush and Watson
Nays: 0
