To approve and ratify the following investment from the Water Fund:
One federally secured Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $4000,000.00
to mature at Freedom Federal Savings and Loan on July 25, 1983 at a rate of
8.618% (90 days).

Watson and President Cerne.

To approve and ratify the following investment from the Water Fund:
