OF C1NER'S SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on April 24,
1978, recommended the approval of the proposed Owner's Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have ooneidered the
recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with the same subject to certain
conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision of the subdivision known
as Owner s�"�""r vision prepared by Bellinger, Lech and Associates, Inc. dated as
received August 9, 1983, be approved subject to the conditions enumerated in
Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of Owner's Subdivision as given in Section
1 hereof Se and is hereby expressly subject to the following conditions:
A. That the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations for
the construction of sidewalks, street lights, curb and gutters,
shoulders and of providing a storm sewer to each lot are waived.
B. That the street standards of the Subdivision Regulations of the
Village be varied so as to allow the Salt Creek circle pavement
to be 20 feet wide and 25 feet wide within the cul-de-sac as
shown on the engineering plans for said Owner's Subdivision.
C. That the requirement to grant a bicycle path easement adjacent
to Spring Road be waived.
D. Execution by the subdivider and/or all other necessary parties
of all accompanying easaaent grants, covenants and other proposed
documentation as reasonably required by the Village to assure
maintenance of the proposed ingress-egress easement.
Section That all requirements, conditions and standards of the
Subdivia�Pan' ations of the Village of Oak Brook, except as waived or limited
by this Resolution, shall be applicable to the subdivision and development of
said Owner's Subdivision.
