A RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAYLOR ASSLENT PLAT
I
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the assessment plat titled "Traylor Assessment Plat"
prepared by The Balsam Olson Group, Inc. as revised and dated September 9,
1983, be and is hereby approved subjeot to the oonditions enuserated in Section 2
of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the public utility easements as depicted on said Traylor
Assessment Pfat be and are hereby accepted.
Section : That the approval of the assessment plat as set forth in this
Resolut on a not be construed to be the approval of said plat'for subdivision
purposes, and in no way waives any standards of the Village upon any subdivision
or re-subdivision of the properties involved in said assessment plat.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 27thday of September , 1983 by the
President and Board of.Trustees of f&—Ir.lage of Oak Brook, DuPege and Cook
Counties, Illinois acoording to roll call vote as follows:
Ayes: Trustees Ymrie, Rush Listecki, Maher, Philip, Rus -and Watson.
