RESOLUTION NO.,R-355
ARESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
BEYLER-SKINNER SUBDIVISION
I
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on September
19, 1983, recommended the approval of the proposed Beyler-Skinner Subdivision;
and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have considered the
recommendation of the Plan Commission and ooncur with the sane subject to certain
conditions;
NOT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision of the subdivision known
as 2seyier-Skinner Subdivision prepared by Ronald W. Scott dated August 15, 1983,
be approved subject to the conditions enunerated in Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of Beyler-Skinner Subdivision as given in
Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly subject to the following conditions:
A. That the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations for
the construction of sidewalks and street lights are waived.
B. That the requirement for a topography study be waived due to
fact that no land improvements are required or contemplated.
Section : That all the requirements, conditions and standards of the
Subdivision eg ations of the Village of Oak Brook, except as waived or limited
by this Resolution, shall be applicable to the subdivision and development of
said Beyler-Skinner Subdivision.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 25th day of October 1983.
