WHEREAS, on or about April 24, 1984 the corporate authorities passed
Resolution No. R-366 entitled "A Resolution Approving the Final Plat of
Subdivision Known as Official Airline Guides Resubdivision" and
WNEREAS, the said final plat prepared by Webster, McGrath and Carlson,
Ltd., surveyors, and adopted by Resolution No. R-366 was not recorded with the
DuPage. County Recorder of Deeds; and
WJNRIA8, on or about December 17, 1984, Official Airline Guides (OAG)
applied for approval of a substantially different final plat prepared by Webster,
McGrath and Carlson, Ltd., which encompasses property which Official Airline
Guides has recently contracted to purchase subject to receiving certain Boning
relief, and
WNEREAS. OAG wishes to withdraw the earlier plat; and
MB AS, on January 21, 1985 the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak
Brook recommended approval of the later final plat prepared by Webster, McGrath
and Carlson, Ltd. of the proposed Official Airline Guides Resubdivision; and
WINNIAS, OAG wishes to abrogate a six-foot utility easement which is
located along the southwesterly lot line separating the OAG property from the
adjacent property which OAG has contracted to purchase from the Butler Company;
and
WHEIaMS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have considered
the recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with same, subject to
certain conditions.

Sect 1: That Resolution No. 1-366 which approved the Final Plat of
Subdivision kn as Official Airline Guides Resubdivision prepared by Webster,
McGrath and Carlson, Ltd., surveyors,'as revised and dated April 4, 1984 is
hereby repealed in its entirety.

subject to the conditions enuaerated in Section 3 of this Resolution.

Official Airline Guides Resubdivision as given in Section 2 hereof be and is
hereby expressly subject to the following opnditions:
A. That the requirements Of the Subdivision
Regulations for sidewalks and street lights are
waived in consideration for grant to the Village
of Oak Brook of the public bicycle ant
pedestrian easements noted on the plat.
B. That the developer shall provide a five-foot
wide strip for screening adjacent to the public
bicycle and pedestrian easement located slung
the southwesterly property line.
