WHEREAS, the TILLAGE 9f Oak Book haa-,ssaered. into an agreement with the
State of Iilinois'Pot the'-'iipre/eimSet:oilI isinotaARPute 83 known as F.A.P. Route 872,

WHEREAS, in compliance with the afosa entioned agreement, it is necessary for
the Village to agpr$priat�e funds to'pay its+`shsiee df the cost of said improvements;
and
WHEREAS, the Village has budgeted funds for this improvement within its Fiscal
Year 1985/1986 Budget Which begins on May 1, 1985.•
EM, Tmsaivogg. BE IT RESOLVED, that, effective lay 1, 1985' there,will be
appropriated the of SEVEHTT-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT.HUNDRED AND EIGHTEEN AND 75/100
DOLLARS ($79,818:75) or so much thereof as aiy be necessary, from any money now or
hereafter allotted to the Village to pay its skare of the cost of this improvement
as provided in the agreement
