RESKLUTION
WHEREAS, WILLIAM R. WTSON, JR. has served the Village of Oak Brook for
ten years, first as a member of the Oak Brook Zoning Board of Appeals from 1959
to 1962, then as a member of the Oak Brook Plan Camuission from 1969 to 1971, and
later as a member of the Board of Trustees fram 1980 to 1985; and
WHEREAS, collectively, WILLIAM R. WATSON, JR. has dedicated ten years
to, for, and on behalf of the Village and its residents; and
WHEREAS, during his many years of leadership, direction and service to
the Village of Oak Brook, WILLIAM R. WATSON, JR. has given unselfishly of his
time, effort and expertise, actively participating in the progress and well-being
of said Village and its citizens;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE80GV® by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook that they do hereby express their sincerest thanks,
gratitude and admiration to WILLIAM R. WATSON, JR. for his insight, integrity and
genuine concern for the quality of life for the residents of the Village of Oak
Brook.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be delivered to
the said WILLIAM R. *T90N, JR. by the Clerk of the Village of Oak Brook and that
this Resolution be spread upon the official records and proceedings of the
Village of Oak Brook.
PASSED and APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook, Cook and DuPage Counties, Illinois, this 14th day of May,
1985.
