William R. Watson. Jr. for his service to the Village es a *ember of the
Zoning Board of Appeals frees 1959 to 1962, as a member of the Plan

(Handiaapeed Parking).
Proposed ordinance conforms with the recent amendments to the Illinois
Vehicle Code related to enforcement of handicapped parking regulations on
private property.
