Cerne in the Samuel E. Dean Board Room of the Village Commons at 7:42 P.M.

That the Minutes of the Committee—of—the—Whole Meeting of May 13, 1985 be
approved as a-sbaitLed and waive reading of same.

Trustee Philip moved, seconded by Trustee Rush...
That the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of May 14, 1985 be approved as
submitted and waive reading of same.
VOICE VOTE: All present, in favor. So ordered.
III. ORDINANCES. RESOLUTIONS VARIATIONS ETC.:
A. RESOLUTION NO. 1-390 — RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION — GENE Js BARON!:
President Cerne read in its entirety a proposed resolution commending
Gene J. Baroni for his service to the Village as a member of the Zoning
Board of Appeals from 1975 to 1985, and serving as Chairman from 1976 to
1985.
Trustee Winters moved, seconded by Trustee Bushy...
To pass and approve Resolution No. R-390 as presented.
VOICE VOTE: All present, in favor. So ordered.

l/President Cerne read in its entirety a proposed resolution commending
George A. Hodges for his service to the Village as a member of the Zoning
Board of Appeals from 1976 to 1984.
