WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on May 20,-1985
recommended the approval of the Final Plat of the proposed Northern Builders
Resubdivision; and

recommendation of the Plan Commission end concur with same, subject to certain
conditions

VILLAGE OF OAK BROOE, DU PAGE AND COOL COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:

Resubdivision prepared by Bagensee Surveylils Group, Ltd., an lest revised March
21, 1985, be and is hereby approved subjeet. to the conditions enumerated in
Section 2 of' this Resolution.
