BE IT RES6LYED BY TIE PRESIDENT AND .WARD Or TRUSTIES Or TEE TILL= Or OAK
BROOK, DU PAGE ASO COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the assessment plat oonsiatir.g of two sheets and entitled
"!Irizek Assessment Plot” prepared by the Balsaao/Olson Group, Inc, and dated June
19, 1985, be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in
Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of Erizek Assessment Plat as given in Section
1 hereof be and is expressly subject to the following conditions:
A. That the owner execute an agreement for grant of'a wsteroourse
drainage, access and maintenance easement in substantial
conformity with the fora of agreement attached hereto labelled
Exhibit 1 and hereby made a part hereof.
B. That the approval of the assessment plst as,set forth in this
Resolution shall not be construed to be the approval of said
plat for subdivision purposes, and inn* waives any
standards of the Pillage upon any subdivision or re-subdivision
of the property involved in'said assessment plat.
. That the easements greeted ,UV-the Village ff Oak Brook, as
depicted en t 'Plat, are hereby accepted..
