BE IT RESOLVED HT THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK
BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOS COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section is That the sasessment ;1i1c consisting of one sheet and entitled
"701 Barger Road Assessment Plat" prepared by Bollinger, Lack and Biancalans as
last revised July 22, 1985, be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions
enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution.
Seott.on 2s That the approval of 701 Barger`Road assessment Plat as give'nin
Section I hereof be and is expressly ;subject to the condition that the approval
of the assessment plat as set fOrth,in this Resolution shall not be -•onatrue4 to
be the approval of said plat for subdivision purposes, and in no way waives any
standards of the Village upon any subdivision or re-subdivision of the properties
involved in said assessment plat.
S tier 3: That the easements granted to the Village of Oak Brook, as
depicted on the Plat, are hereby ***opted.
