RESOLUTION
`-` WHEREAS, CHARLES M. SHRIVER has faithfully served the Village
of Oak Brook in his capacity as a member of the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners
from November, 1979 to July, 1985; and
WHEREAS, during said period of service, CHARLES M. SHRIVER has
given unselfishly of his time, effort and expertise, greatly contributing to the
progress and wellbeing of said Village and its citizens; and
WHEREAS, the President and the Board of Trustees are of the opinion
that a record of such faithful service should be made and spread upon the records
of said Villagc;
NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook that the said CHARLES M. SHRIVER
be and he hereby is commended for this faithful service to the Village of Oak Brook
and the citizens thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and the Board of Trustees I
of the Village of Oak Brook, for and on behalf of said Village and its citizens,
do hereby extend their thanks and gratitude to the said CHARLES M. SHRIVER
for his services as aforedescribed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of these resolutions be delivered
to the said CHARLES M. SHRIVER by the Clerk of the Village of Oak Brook
and that these resolutions be spread upon the records of said Village.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, this 13th day of
August, 1985.
