The Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order by President
Cerne in the Samuel E. Dean Board room of the Village Commons at 7:37 P.M.

Dear Ron:

This will confirm our tell conversation of this morning of which I informed
you that our Village Board recently approved a reduction in the front yard
setback within the subdivision from 100 feet as stated an the plat to 50 feet .
In this regard, the Village Board passed Resolution R-408 on February 11, 1916
and our attorney has drafted a Certificate of Amendment which has been signed
by our Village Clerk to effectuate this change. The procedure which we wou14.
like to follow is I will revise the original Plat of Subdivision contained
here within Village records and attach it to the Certificate of Amendment anc
have the documents recorded. We concluded our conversation by you stating td at
you did not have any problem with-this procedure (since you were the surveyor
who originally prepared the plat, I felt that it was appropriate for the Village
to contact you and obtain your concurrence).
