BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE.OILLAGd or
OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, as follows:

Subdivision prepared by Ronald W. Scott as revised and dated January 10, 1986 be
and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumeratearin Section 2 of this
Resolution.

to the fol/dWing conditions:
