A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING' SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION
FOR PERMIT FOR ROO LT SEVE R
SOUTH FRONTAGE ROAD(TIMBER EDGE DRIVE)/SALT CREEK
WATER MAIN EXTENSION
WHEREAS, The Village of Oak Brook has budgeted funds within the. Fiscal
Year 1986/1987 Budget for the extension of a water main under Salt Creek near Roosevelt
South Frontage Road (Timber Edge Drive); and
•
• WHEREAS, a permit .is required from the Illinois Department of Transportation,
Division of Water Resources to do any work in any•of the public bodies of water within
the State of Illinois;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ;.PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS:
• Section.. l: That the President be !and Is hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Joint Application Form For Permit .te the State .of Illinois, Department of
Transportation, Division of Water Resources, the Corps of .Enginms, and the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency, a copy Of which• application iCretach�ehapto
labelled Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. is
