civic duties to, for, and on behalf of the Village and its residents) and
IBERIAN, during his years of residence and leadership, direction and
service to the Village of Oak Brook, womb R1 gave unselfishly of his
time, effort and expertise, actively participating in the progress end wall-being
of said Village and its citizens; and

October 10, 1985E

genuine concern for the quality of life for the residents of the Village of Oak
