1987 PERMIT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, The Village of Oak Brook, a Hunic!.pal Corporation, hereinafter
referred to as the "VILLAGE", located in the Counties of Cook and DuPage, State of
Illinois, desires'to undertake, in the year 1987, the location, construction,
operation and maintenance of driveways and street returns, water mains, sanitar on
and storm sewers, street lights, traffic signals, sidewalks, landscaping,•n
State highways, within said VILLAGE, which by law and/or agreement coma under the
jurisdiction and control of the Department of Transportation of the State of
Illinois hereinafter referred to as DEPARTMENT; and
WHEREAS, an iadividua: working permit suet be obtained from the DEPARTMENT
oriby aoprivate aforesaid supervision of t VILLAGE
the VILLAGE.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DUPAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the VILLAGE hereby pledges its good faith and guarantees
that all work shall be performed in accordance with the conditions of the rermit
to be granted by the DEPARTMENT, and to hold the State of Illinois harmless on.
account of any damages that may occur to persons rtpropertnsdurinrot the prosecution to
of such work. and assume all liability for
accidents or otherwise by reason of the work which is to be performed under
provision of said permit.
