R-422 1/ A =SOLUTION APIMOVING THE VIAL PLAT W &DIVISION =MO AB caroms So pisioN WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on September 15, 1986, recommended the approval of the final plat of the proposed Gateway Subdivision; and HISRSAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees have considered the recoesendation of the Plan Commission and concur with some, subject to certain conditions; NON, ponnerom, Hi Ir ISSOLIND BY Tu B Pensioner AND BOARD OF ISONTSOS OF TES VILLAGE OF cnz MOOS, DU ids urn COOK copirIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision known as Gateway Subdivision consisting of two sheets and prepared by Howard J. Cesal, as revised and dated September 27, 1986, be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this Resolution. Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Subdivision of the Gateway Subdivision as given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly subject to the following conditions: A. That the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations for the installation of street lights are waived, provided that one or more street lights which are sufficient to meet Village lighting standards are installed at the intersection of York Road and Gateway Drive. B. That the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations for the installation of sidewalks is waived, provided that the Subdivider and any other necessary parties grant a 5U foot permanent easement to the Village of Oak Brook for a bicycle and pedestrian pathway adjacent to York Rsaaarl. C. That the developer construct a flow through sewer system acceptable to the Village Engineer. D. That the developer install appropriate entrance and emit signs at the intersections of Gateway Drive and York Road. E. That the developer obtain approval from the Village of final documents for the Gateway Subdivision on or before January 1, 1987. Failure to submit said dacuanents will automatically, stop any construction of said Subdivision pursuant to the attached written agreenent. F. That the entrance median be relocated easterly 15 feet from York Road. G. That the Plat contain appropriate notation concerning no vehicular access along York limed instead of a 15 foot wide no vehicular access strip. Section 3: That all the requirements, conditions and standards of the Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Oak rook except as waived or limited by this Resolution shall be applicable to the subdivision and development of said Gateway Subdivision. ., , . . , , • 1.4,...... 4. ,,aa.
