RESOLUTION NO. 434
WHEREAS,WALTER , p'1 JEN l , has faithfully and with dedication
served the Village of Oak Brook In his capakity as a member of the Plan Commission
from August! 1979 to May, 1985 end as a member,of the Zoning Board of Appeals
from May, 19E5 to September,490 and
WHEREAS,:.the said Yikialift 3. O'BRIEN U, has also served the
community in many other ways including a term as Vice President of the Oak
Brook Civic Association; and
WHEREAS, during the performance of said service, WALTER 3. O'BRIEN II j
has given unselfishly of his time, effort and expertise,contributing thereby to
the progress and well-being of the said Village and its citizens; and
WHEREAS,The President and Board of Trustees are of the opinion
that a record of such faithful service should be made and spread upon the records
of said Village;
NOW,=THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board .
of Trustees of the Village•of Oak Brook that the said WALTER 3. O'BRIEN U
be and he hereby is commended for his faithful service to the Village of Oak
Brook and the citizens thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village otOak-Brook,'for,afel on behalf of said Village and its citizens,
do hereby extend their appreciation and gratitude to the said WALTER 3. O'BRIEN U
for his many iWie services as aforedescribed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be delivered
to the said WALTER 3. O'BRIEN R by the Clerk of the Village.of Oak Brook
and that this Resolution be spread upon !,he records of said Village.'
