LOCAL DISASTER EMERGENCIES
WHEREAS, Pursuant to Illiniis Revised Statutes, 1985, Chapter 127,
Section 1113 (a),• a local disaster^esergency may be declared only by the
Principal Executive Officer of aIltioal subdivision or his Interim Emergency
Successor, Se :provided in Chapt0-102,. Section 107, entitled "Emergency Interim
Executive Succession Act"; and
