WIRRBAS, the Village of Oak Brook, pursuant to Ordinance 2-192 passed
Decruber 9, 1969, first elected to participate in the Illinois Municipal
Retirement Fund; and
MINAS, Section 7-.55 of Chapter 10S of the Illinois Revised Statutes
requires each participating municipality in the Illinois Municipal Retirement
Fund to appoint an authorised agent; and
V4 PPPA*, John H. Brechin as Acting Village,Treaeurer was previously
appointed as authorised agent; and
WHIRLS, Terry C. Klein has recently been appointed as Village
Treasurer; and
KANSAS, the corporate authorities dean it appropriate to nominate the
person holding the office of Village Treasurer-to be the authorised agent of the
Village of Oak Brook in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund;

the provisions of Article ICI of Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances of the
Village of Oak Brook be and is hereby designated to be the authorized agent
representing the Village of Oak Brook in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.

Municipal Retirement Fumd is evidence of the action authorised herein.
